Fairacre Services offer a range of independent servicing and maintenance options for wall or tabletop mounted water boiling machines as well as one off repair options. All our engineers are fully manufacturer trained and competent.
We have developed our servicing methods over the last 15 years to effectively reduce the scale inside units and check for worn or defective parts. We use no harsh chemicals inside the units which means no after taste whilst still being an effective descaler. Manufacturers recommend that servicing should be carried out as a minimum every 12 months although harder water areas or heavy demand machines may require to be done more frequently.
Fairacre Services offer 12 month servicing packages along with 6 monthly options which can be discussed either via a site visit or when contacting us.
As we specialise in these machines we carry the majority of spares on our vehicles which means we can usually rectify problems quickly with minimum disturbance and on our first visit.
Unlike competitors, we offer discounts on multiple units serviced or repaired on the same visit / visits.
Our Maintenance plan scheme gives customers priority repairs and also ongoing servicing when its due.
