Delivery
All items are subject to Stock Availability. If an order is placed and an item is out of stock, we will contact you with the following options:
- We can send the in stock items with the missing item to follow once restocked with us.
- Hold the order if the out of stock item is due within the next 48 hours.
- Cancel the order and refund the order total.
Standard delivery to the UK is included in our prices.
New machines / unit include delivery to UK Mainland Address within 1-2 working days. Orders placed before 1.30pm will be shipped same day for units only!
Delivery is made by Courier and a signature is required for all orders.
Packages will not be left without obtaining a signature so please ensure someone is available to accept the delivery.
Delivery will be to the Verified Card Holder Address only!
Should a different delivery address is required for shipping, please telephone us to arrange this.
Delivery will be attempted twice ( 2 times ) by the courier.
Delivery Cutoff Times
Orders received and payment authorised by 2pm ( Monday to Friday – excluding public holidays ) will dispatched the same day ( stock permitting ).
Orders received either after 2pm or on a Saturday/ Sunday, will be dispatched on the following day or Monday excluding public holidays.
Note: Orders containing large quantity of spares or new Machines may take longer to dispatch than the lead times shown.
